United Tobacco Company fully supports a social responsibility policy that insures good corporate citizenship.  It is our responsibility to conduct this business in such a manner that we are compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.  We are committed to assuring programs are in place to systematically review and address  the ever changing needs of environmental, occupational health and safety issues. It is also our responsibility that we continue to advise our farmers of any new technology, which would have the potential of reducing the use of CPAs in a well-organized integrated pest management program, promote soil, water and forest conservation and replenishment, and generally promote best agricultural practice.  We will not employ child labor but strive for a diverse workforce and provide adequate resources and qualified personnel to assure Company objectives are met and continuous improvements are the norm.
