Mr. Howe began his career in Public Accounting with Ernst & Young. He joined the Intabex Group in 1992 as the Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. company. As CFO, Mr. Howe was responsible for finance, treasury, accounting and administration during Intabex’s strong growth period. Mr. Howe was a co-founder of United Tobacco Company in 1997; serving in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Howe became Chief Executive Officer of UTC in 2019. He holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Poland began his career with the Intabex group in 1989. He served as Vice-President/Far East sales specializing in sourcing specific grades for clients in Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philipines and Hong Kong. Mr. Poland was a co-founder of UTC in 1997, serving as EVP and President. He has dedicated his time to ensuring farmer relationships to supply customers around the world with the highest quality agriculture products available from the USA.

Mr. Fulford brings over 25 years of years of International Agribusiness, Procurement and Supply Chain experience to United Natural Hemp Extracts as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Fulford is a 1992 Graduate of N.C. State University where he earned a B.A. in Business Management. Previously Vice President of Leaf Operations for Reynolds American, Mr. Fulford built the strategies and led the Leaf Operations Agronomy, Procurement, Processing and Storage teams. In his career Robbie has collaborated with growers and key stakeholders to champion many agriculture sustainability initiatives. Robbie also has garnered over 10 years of regulatory and compliance experience working in FDA regulated industries.Robbie recently served on the N.C. State University Plant Science Initiative Advocacy and Resource Task Force. He is currently serving on the N. C. State University Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Advisory Board
